Mountaineering Course

Service Description

Our mountaineering course is designed to teach you the skills needed accomplish classic glaciated mountaineering objectives. We can tailor this course to meet the needs of you and your group. In this course we go over the basics starting at packing a bag, camp craft, self care, to topics such as rope use on glaciers, moving on snow and glacial terrain, and crevasse rescue. This course is held on the beautiful Mount Baker (Komo Kulshan) which is the northern most Cascade Volcano in Washington. From Mount Baker you get exquisite views of the North Cascades as well as the Puget Sound and San Juan Islands.
